WIP Beta released D-Troxx Wheel Pack 3.1.1

Yeah making nodes heavier usually solves many problems... I still don't understand why but that's how it works.

The next wheels I choose are the "Hayashi Racing street ST 14x7" and by just my luck they spawn without the rubbr tire, but the 14x6 and 14x7 spawn correctly.

Tested a few other wheels but i didn't find any other issues.

if you want suggestions, I would like to see a set of F1 wheels, with wide rims, fat tires with different specs

 

I have fixed all bugs which are mostly exploding wheels or wheels spawning without tires. It will be in the next update.
also finished the model + bake of a new wheel. also in the next update

 

Looks good, can you make them 14/10 and 14/12 with rally tires too? They would be lovely covet rally wheels

 

not sure, since they are currently 18" in diameter. if its not alot of work to down size them i might do it .

 

Its ultra easy to downsize. In blender all you do is CTRL A and then S along with whatever plane you want to be smaller. To reduce to 14 inch you would have to scale it on Y and Z axis by about 0.78.
Not sure why i'm writing this as you probably already know.

Still needs editing then. The pcd wont be correct anymore if you do that. (Lug pattern).

 

i have 1 problem with the mod, i love every thing but the 38 inch tires for the d series and the roamer. the fronts work just fine but the rear pop every time i try to put them on.

 

There shouldn't be 38 inch tires in my mod.
Maybe you are mistaking it with another mod? Couls you tel me which wheel you are using?

okay. 1 more wheel to go to rebrand, which is the super advan.
I will try to upload a update this evening, where in the advan wheels are all renamed but also the Advan A3c will be added. with the new name ofcourse.
also some bugfixes are included.

 

The update has been uploaded and the Advan name is removed.
For the people that really want to rock the classic wheels with the advan name can download the zip and put it in the mods folder .

Link will also be posted on the mods resource page and will also be kept up to date with the mod.

Working on this now


The wheel size shown on the image is 17"x8"
I think i will make sizes ranging from 16" to 18" in diameter and 7" to 10" in width.

The spokes are just slightly curved.

 

I like them! I wish some of the wheels would come in matt black though. Like the Rota P something has the R with only gunmetal and glossish black and the R2 has matt black but my wheel wells are too narrow to fit R2 properly.

 

I have made the colors and sizes according to what Rota has on their web page.
But i can always add a color.
though I won't add every color requested since there are already alot of wheels, and even more and possibly unneciserely could be a problem.

If i like the color suggestion and it makes a good difference I will add it
But i think it wouldnt hurt to add a matte black to the Rota P45 R expect it next update.
