Where's Our Minivan Beam?

A ton of users, from what I have seen, have been begging BeamNG to give us a minivan. A user by the name of "Narwhal" started making one, the Ibishu Guide/Traveler. However, it has simply been put on hold, and on top of that "Narwhal" has been banned. The Ibishu Guide is essentially a 2nd Gen Pessima with sliding doors and a taller height. If someone could finish the Guide, it looks like its 90% jbeam and release it, that'd be great. Or hey BeamNG, give us a minivan. We already have small sedans, or just sedans. The Bruckell LeGran wasn't necessary. Y'all could've made a minivan with the time spent on the LeGran. The community had more of a demand for a boring minivan. Thanks.

I'm trying not to rag on BeamNG too much but, eh.

 

The download for the Ibishu Guide was actually taken down a long time ago, although some people still have it, including me, and AwesomeRacer456. Just saying, the Guide is in a very early beta stage, and was also broken by 0.8, but somebody might have fixed it. The interior is also extremely messed up, and the bodylines look like the car itself is melting. If somebody wants to fix the Guide, they will have to put in significant effort. Also, a user called RedRoosterFarm is in the process of creating a Dodge Caravan-based minivan.

Look in development screenshots, under the general discussion to see it. It is in game, has working lights and whatnot, and looks very good. It still evidently needs some progress. Personally, I favor the design of the Ibishu Guide more. If you want it, I could PM it to you.

@Narwhal is not banned permanently. Hes gonna get unbanned after some time.

Just because the legran isn't favored by you doesn't mean it was unnecessary or should've been scrapped. The legran is part of an few wip cars that we have been promised to get. The devs know that we have too many sedans and that's because this game was a bit more derby oriented in the beginning IIRC.

Exactly why was Narwhal banned? And how long is that ban?

 

He had some NSFW avatars (well, just one that I can remember), started some NSFW duck thing with Nadeox1, and then he made a thread where he complained about a warning. I say it's permanent. It doesn't look like the ban is lifting anytime soon. I figured the ban would've been lifted by now.

I don't fully remember everything that took place.

 

It has been stated that it is not permanent. It's just for an looong loong time.
